Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Try Before You Buy. Every user gets a 7-day free trial with full access and no payment information required, so you can fully evaluate Songnara before purchasing.
  2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  3. Subscription Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current billing period; your subscription will not renew. Beyond the 14-day window, partial periods are non-refundable unless required by law.
  4. Lifetime Purchases. Lifetime licenses are refundable within the 14-day window described above. After that period they are non-refundable.
  5. How Refunds Are Processed. Purchases are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Refunds and cancellations are processed through Paddle. You can request a refund via the receipt/link Paddle emailed you, or by contacting [email protected] and we will assist.
