Terms of Service

  1. Agreement. These Terms govern your use of Songnara Studio ("Songnara", "the App"), a desktop application operated by Kiki Mulyana (Indonesia). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
  2. License. Subject to an active trial, subscription, or lifetime license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Songnara on devices you own or control. Paid plans include a commercial-use license for content you create with the App. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent the App's licensing system.
  3. Free Trial. Songnara offers a 7-day free trial with full feature access and no payment information required. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid plan.
  4. Plans & Billing. Subscriptions (Monthly, Annual) and one-time Lifetime purchases are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes are handled by Paddle. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect the current paid term.
  5. Your Content & Responsibilities. You are solely responsible for the audio, video, images, and other content you import, create, publish, or stream with Songnara, and for holding all necessary rights to that content. You agree to comply with the terms and policies of any third-party platform you publish or stream to (including YouTube and Twitch) and with all applicable laws.
  6. Bring Your Own Server. Songnara's streaming and server features operate on infrastructure that you provide, purchase, and control (for example, your own VPS). You are solely responsible for that server, including its costs, security, configuration, lawful use, and compliance with your provider's terms. Songnara provides orchestration software only and is not responsible for third-party hosting, downtime, data loss, or charges.
  7. Third-Party Services. Optional features may connect to services you choose, such as AI providers via your own API key or cloud storage you configure. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and any data you send to them is processed under their policies.
  8. Intellectual Property. Songnara, its branding, and its software are owned by the operator. Bundled open-source components (including FFmpeg) are provided under their own licenses; see the open-source notices shipped with each release and available in-app.
  9. Disclaimer. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  10. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, revenue, or content, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  11. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time; cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  12. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  13. Changes. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
